about

The title track "Forward To Eden" was written in early 2014, while i was working on a demo with rat (statement) and for that reason it's heavily inspired by bands like Statement & Vegan Reich. It analogously ties on the lyrics from the intro - pacifism ways can no longer suit - nothing will change if you don't actively do something about it! Actions speak louder than words. The sampels are both from the anime series "Shingeki No Kyoin" (Attack On Titan) and to my understanding fit just perfectly. The first one is by Mikasa, regaining strength & courage to fight for her fallen friend (who actually has been eaten by a monster - already see the correlation?), realizing "cause if i die, the memories of you will die with me - thats why i'll do whatever it takes to win". I am refering to the animals with that, which fall in great numbers to the consumers greed every day. I will never give up again. One person alone CAN make a difference! With the last sentence I am reffering to the actual problem (besides humanity itself): carnism. Do some research on it if you haven't heard about it yet, or get yourself a copy of
"why we eat pigs wear cows and love dogs" by Melanie Joy. She is awesome.

lyrics

Forward to Eden!
The time for pacifism is now over - you have to fight, if you want change!
There’s only one way and we won’t wait, to shout it in your fucking face!
To stand in defense of all innocent life, to be committed, to know what’s right!
This time it’s war, a declaration of Jihad, we will no longer close our fucking eyes!
Fight for a new world!
Won’t let it rest, won’t let it go, won’t let you get away with it!
Won’t let you take any more names, we will take revenge!
Fight for a new world!
With the fist of veganocracy, we will take this carnistic society to its knees!
